The Cardiology department in central Tampa is seeking a Full Time APRN/PA.   We are looking for an experienced Cardiac APRN or PA to work our Interventional Cardiologist. The position requires both inpatient and outpatient care.

Keys to Success in this Role:

  • Evaluate patients and treat health conditions
  • Complete documentation in a timely manner
  • Enter charges
  • Assist supervising provider with completion of tasks
  • Ensure tasks, labs, and diagnostics have been reviewed and addressed as needed
  • Attend all required meetings/conferences

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed APRN or PA & Certification with the State of Florida
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to plan ahead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
  • ACLS Certified 
  • 1 year minimum experience required

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Normal physical ability
  • Above average concentration and high level complexity of decision making
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Tolerance to stressful situations

Occupational Exposure:

  • High risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards
