Job Description:
- Support in the development of the regional supplier base, ensuring compliance with global purchasing guidelines.
- Assist in negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers, aiming for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and support relationship management.
- Contribute to the implementation of purchasing strategies that enhance cost-efficiency and mitigate supply risks.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs to improve process performance.
- Participate in sourcing processes, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement and performance on the contracts managed.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the purchasing function.
Software Knowledge:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Experience:
- Solid experience in services purchasing, preferably in large companies.
- Experience in IT services purchasing (hardware, software, projects)
Education:
- Bachelor´s Degree in IT related courses, Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, others)
Languages:
- English – Advanced (Fluent will be considered a plus)
- Spanish is considered a plus
Workstation:
- NBA – São Paulo, SP (would be better) or Resende, RJ;
