Job Description:

• Support in the development of the regional supplier base, ensuring compliance with global purchasing guidelines.

• Assist in negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers, aiming for competitive pricing and favorable terms.

• Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and support relationship management.

• Contribute to the implementation of purchasing strategies that enhance cost-efficiency and mitigate supply risks.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs to improve process performance.

• Participate in sourcing processes, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

• Promote innovation, continuous improvement and performance on the contracts managed. 

Knowledge/Skills:

• Relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers. 

• Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the purchasing function.

Software Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle). 

Experience:

• Solid experience in services purchasing, preferably in large companies.

• Experience in IT services purchasing (hardware, software, projects) 

Education:

• Bachelor´s Degree in IT related courses, Engineering or commercial background (Administration, Economics, others) 

Languages:

• English – Advanced (Fluent will be considered a plus)

• Spanish is considered a plus

Workstation:

• NBA – São Paulo, SP (would be better) or Resende, RJ;

Work Type:

• Hybrid (4x1).

Travel:

• Availability according to the sector’s needs
