If you are our Business Development Manager in India, you will have a chance to :-
This position will lead the Business Development Activities for a territory in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. This is a critical role for business success and oversees the P&L of workstations, Related Software including hardware and accessories as well as influencing services offerings for the territory. This includes planning a vertical driven approach for the business.
Successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the 4P of a category, having demonstrated ability to plan, collaborate and execute in a longer term plan for the category across key metrics such as revenue and market leadership.
Applies expert subject matter knowledge to manage activities in a matrix organization solving most complex business/technical issues within established policies. This is an individual contributor role requiring influencing and working with various zonal heads with a clear defined plan by pipe and clearly articulated measures of success. Acts as a key advisor and subject matter expert to the GTM Teams for driving the business forward in the territory. Plans, manages and monitors high-end operational/tactical activities of Staff.. Position typically reports to Category Head of ACS Business

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
