About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Operator at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our fulfillment centers, ensuring timely processing and dispatch of orders to meet customer demands.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damages.

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring product integrity and correct item counts.

• Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner (certification may be required).

• Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, scanning, and loading onto delivery vehicles.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality control and data privacy.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.

• Good teamwork and communication skills in Chinese, and English/German.

• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

• Onsite work at location: Otto-Hahn-Straße, Unna, Nordrhein-Westfalen, 59423, Germany

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
