An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to join our team.
The role of the Change Manager requires an individual with expertise in Change Management practices; stakeholder effectiveness, change impact assessment & communications who will help to define and mature the way the team deliver the right service at exactly the right time to our customers with efficiency and excellence.
Typical activities will include liaising with support teams, subject matter experts and key stakeholders in order to plan, implement and track Changes to support customer and business requirements. Change Manager would also manage the Change Advisory Board.
The Change Manager would be expected to work closely with the Incident and Problem Management teams to ensure processes are adhered to and clear handovers between the functions take place.
The successful applicant can expect to enjoy an engaging and fast-paced environment, with responsibility stretching across the Customer Support team the role offers excellent exposure and the opportunity to be involved in significant and complex Change.
