The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Accessories Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations.
The Manager will be the key point of support for the Demand Fulfillment team, and will be responsible for the preparation, reporting, forecasting, and analysis. This position will also be responsible for managing Programs and Initiatives on behalf of Supply Chain and Logistics and will report to the Manager of Demand Fulfillment Team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and deliver monthly revenue reporting on daily (last week of the month) and weekly (other weeks of the month) basis.
Evaluate and challenge financial results driven from the Shipping Plan.
Coordinate with planning team to align customer orders with forecast data. Conduct CPFR calls to discuss shipping plan across department among different planning teams and customers.
Monitor EDI changes and price discrepancy in SAP, ensure SKU, RDD, shipping address and quantity are accurate in all POs.
Facilitate with logistic team and transportation team to push through weekly shipment to ensure on time delivery.
Allocate available inventory among customers based on RDD, delivery requirements and shipment methods.
Ensure all unlock SKU are applied with transparency sticker prior to shipment to track the logistic flow and origin of Samsung products in the market. (Transparency Project)
Modify shipping plan by cooperating with packaging schedule for weekly shipment to allocate on hand inventory. (Postponement Project)
Implement macros to reduce order process time, increased 80% of productivity of PO maintenance and DO creation, created modules in Excel to analyze high volume customer orders.
With strong understand of supply chain operation from factory to customer and Samsung system, automate current process and develop reports meeting different requirements to create Smart Work Place.
This position will also be responsible for understanding the current process and metrics and identifying possible improvement opportunities plan.
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelor or higher Degree in SCM, business, operations management or related field or equivalent
Scripting skills and strong knowledge of a programming language. Data Engineering/Data Operations experience is a plus.
People management experience is required.
7+ years’ experience in supply chain management, or related field Preferred Requirements
Experience using supply chain management, enterprise planning or financial planning systems is highly desired. (SAP, etc.)
Experience in supply chain, demand Planning, Inventory Allocation or Order Processing desired
Ability to work independently, problem solving, delivering solid recommendations/solutions, and executing upon recommendations
Collaboration toward resolution of supply chain reliability issues
