Join us as a Product Led Sales Associate Account Executive! In this entry-level role, you'll manage the complete sales process and drive revenue growth in your assigned region. We're looking for a dedicated and motivated individual with a sales strategy and a go-getter attitude. Hard work, enthusiasm, and initiative are highly valued.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively, identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline 
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & developers
  • Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
  • Manage your time efficiently 
  • Work with self-service MongoDB accounts to grow consumption of MongoDB Atlas
  • Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs

What you bring to the table

  • 1-2  years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Must live in territory (São Paulo)
  • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
  • Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese as this role will cover the LatAm territory

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
