About the role, we are looking for a Middle Tier, collaborative software developer to be a critical component within in our agile delivery process for Software Development.

About the team, this team builds evidence-based oncology pathways — structured treatment recommendations for cancer care based on the latest clinical evidence and expert consensus.

They drive integration with clinical workflows, often embedded in electronic health records (EHRs) so oncologists can access guidance at the point of care

                                                                                                                         

Qualifications

•  Possess current proficiency in development languages Node, React,
•  Ability to work with complex data models.
•  Familiarity of industry best practices — code coverage.
•  Ability to work well with internal and external technology resources.
•  Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
•  Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
•  Knowledge of data manipulation languages, knowledge of data storage subsystems and TDD.
• Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
•  Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
•  Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
• Work closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
• Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
• Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications using React (front end) and Node.js (back end).
• Ensuring seamless integration between client-side and server-side components to deliver responsive, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Developing user interfaces and front-end modules within the Micro Focus framework, maintaining high standards for accessibility, performance, and usability.
• Implementing and optimizing UI components that align with enterprise design systems and technical standards.
• Lead applications through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and system design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality releases through continuous integration, code reviews, and automated testing.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $78,800 - $131,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $82,800 - $137,800.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $93,016 - $148,584. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
