In this role you’ll make an impact by handling following Roles & Responsibilities.

Common Duties

• PO/NON-PO/Credit Memos/Service Order invoice Posting in SAP
• Updating the required trackers and ensure data is maintained in a proper manner.
• Monitoring Automated invoices mailboxes.
• Indexing through the capture system.
• Knowledge of VAT/GST/HST and Withholding Taxes
• Performing Vendor Reconciliation
• Customer Refund Reconciliation
• Reaching out vendors and LoB for late arrival of Invoices.
• Reaching out for Problematic invoices for solution
• Always Ensuring meeting SLA terms and Conditions
• Ensure all reports are collated and send across on-time.
• Ensure internal compliance with policies and practices.
• Gr/IR Reconciliation.
• Exception Invoice handling such as utilities and other urgent invoices
• Vendor query resolution and Ad hoc work management for client
• Any other task as assigned by the LOB/Manager
• Handling of vendor and client calls

Global Accounts Payable skills

• Knowledge of posting PO and Non-PO Invoices
• Invoice upload in SAP
• Knowledge of posting Energy invoice
• Accounting Knowledge
• AP to GL reconciliation
• GR/IR reconciliation
• AP module clean-up reconciliation
• Month close activities such as Bank reconciliations, accruals postings and others.

Potentially relevant experience must have

• 3-5 Years Experience in Finance and accounts preferably in the Shared Service Centers.
• Degree/PG in Accounting/Finance or basic knowledge of accounting with 70% aggregate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Power point

Desirable experience needed.

• SAP Vendor Invoice Management System
• Power BI, Visio.
