Leading a team to drive merchant acquiring sales
Monitor and ensure team KRAs are met which includes sales, revenue, terminal target, new merchant acquired, EPP and CASA growth.
Handling large scale projects
Perform merchant recruitment and servicing existing merchant portfolio.
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunities.
Identify, develop and implement sales strategies and business opportunities to drive merchants acquiring sales
Perform evaluation, financial analysis, review and recommendation on merchant business or projects
Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and request (e.g. payment, terminals, terminal integration & etc.).
Reviewing commercial activities against budget, cost, volume and efficiency target in line with business objective.
To monitor team sales activities and performance management
Review of business proposal and provide recommendation to internal stakeholder
Continuously seek ways to improve sales team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Ensure merchant service level is met.
Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times
To uphold bank statutory requirement and safeguard bank interest at all times.
Adhere to compliance guidelines and regulations.
Cultivate HLB value and culture.
Perform KYC to onboard quality merchants and yearly review to minimize business risk to the bank.
A recognized Diploma/Degree/Master in any business related studies
Min 3-5 years of working experience in Merchant Acquiring or payment industry or any business related field.
Candidates with experience in merchant acquiring business will have an added advantage
Good stakeholder management and team player to achieve outstanding results.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Comfortable with mid to senior level management negotiations.
