Job Responsibilities:


 Leading a team to drive merchant acquiring sales
 Monitor and ensure team KRAs are met which includes sales, revenue, terminal target, new merchant acquired, EPP and CASA growth.
 Handling large scale projects
 Perform merchant recruitment and servicing existing merchant portfolio.
 Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunities.
 Identify, develop and implement sales strategies and business opportunities to drive merchants acquiring sales
 Perform evaluation, financial analysis, review and recommendation on merchant business or projects
 Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and request (e.g. payment, terminals, terminal integration & etc.).

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)


 Reviewing commercial activities against budget, cost, volume and efficiency target in line with business objective.
 To monitor team sales activities and performance management
 Review of business proposal and provide recommendation to internal stakeholder
 Continuously seek ways to improve sales team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
 Ensure merchant service level is met.
 Participate in strong teamwork and working relationship with colleagues at all times

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)


 To uphold bank statutory requirement and safeguard bank interest at all times.
 Adhere to compliance guidelines and regulations.
 Cultivate HLB value and culture.
 Perform KYC to onboard quality merchants and yearly review to minimize business risk to the bank.

Education/Qualification


 A recognized Diploma/Degree/Master in any business related studies

 Min 3-5 years of working experience in Merchant Acquiring or payment industry or any business related field.
 Candidates with experience in merchant acquiring business will have an added advantage

 Good stakeholder management and team player to achieve outstanding results.
 Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
 Comfortable with mid to senior level management negotiations.
