Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Executive Assistant - Sales to their team in Ormond Beach, FL

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant - Sales position will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. This position works closely on a variety of tasks related to the Chief Sales Officer and sales team’s working life and communications. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly and concisely.

Essential Functions:

  • Works closely with the CSO and team handling confidential information
  • Plans and schedules meetings and appointments
  • Coordinates and facilitates corporate plane scheduling and maintenance
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, meal planning and agendas for upper management and guest arrangements
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Completes out of office errands and personal errands for CSO on occasion
  • High level working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including team members, board members, and clients
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills with emotional and professional maturity
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality with information and in relationships with board members, etc.
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles items expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
  • Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently
  • Ability to adapt to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and creative thinker regarding continuous improvements in efficiency and processes and the ability to analyze and evaluate results to choose the best solutions and solve problems on complex issues
  • Ability to handle stress of short time constraints and manage change

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years Executive experience
