Job Responsibilities:
Leading a team to drive merchant acquiring sales
Monitor and ensure team KRAs are met which includes sales, revenue, terminal target, new merchant acquired, EPP and CASA growth.
Handling large scale projects
Perform merchant recruitment and servicing existing merchant portfolio.
Work closely with stakeholders across departments to drive business opportunities.
Identify, develop and implement sales strategies and business opportunities to drive merchants acquiring sales
Perform evaluation, financial analysis, review and recommendation on merchant business or projects
Handle merchant inquiries and resolve problems and requests (e.g. payment, terminals, terminal integration & etc.).
Job Requirements:
A recognized Diploma/Degree/Master in any business related studies
Min 3-5 years of working experience in the Merchant Acquiring/payment industry or any business related field.
Candidates with experience in merchant acquiring business will have an added advantage
Have good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
Passionate, self-disciplined, energetic and able to work under pressure
