Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves managing the complete lifecycle of system features, ensuring seamless integration from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires designing and implementing solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions that align with cloud-first strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software systems to enhance performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing software for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
