Training Operations Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs and learning activities.
- Maintain training records, attendance tracking, and learning documentation.
- Support preparation of training schedules, materials, and logistics.
- Help monitor training completion and training effectiveness data.
- Assist trainers and stakeholders in day-to-day training administration.
Learning Content Development
- Review and update New Hire Orientation (NHO) materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Design engaging learning materials, presentations, visual aids, and job aids.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather updated information and content.
- Support the development of digital learning resources and learner communication materials.
- Ensure learning materials align with company branding and learning standards.
Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from new hires and training participants.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and learning experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas to modernize training content and learner engagement.
