The purpose of this role is to be interested in the full spectrum of design with a growing knowledge of where aesthetic look-and-feel overlaps with behavioural user experience. They are a key member of the creative department to realise the creative output and creative product.

Senior Designer (Temporary Contractor)

Role Overview: Seeking a senior designer with a visionary, creative mind to support banners, landing pages, and animation-related tasks. The position is temporary, with an open start date and potential for extension based on performance. 

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new visual concepts and creative ideas for campaigns, not just reproduce agency-provided visuals. 

  • Contribute to both static and animated user experiences, ensuring sharp UI and engaging animations. 

  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Support campaign brainstorming and creation of key visuals, working closely with leadership and agencies. 

  • Share portfolio and complete a practical task (e.g., banner and landing page design) as part of the interview process. 

• Requirements:

  • Senior-level design experience, ideally with art direction capabilities. 

  • Expertise in Figma (including prototyping) and Adobe Suite. 

  • Animation skills are highly desirable but not mandatory. 

  • Strong English communication skills and experience in multicultural environments. 

  • Ability to work independently, propose multiple creative concepts, and handle feedback. 

  • Good stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. 

  • Experience working in fast-paced, campaign-driven teams. 

  • Understanding basic development principles to facilitate collaboration with developers.

• Contract Terms:

  • Initial contract for 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and team needs. 

  • Interview in English required; portfolio review and practical design task included in selection process. 

• Expertise:
  5+ years of experience
