We are the Accessibility team within Walmart Global Tech India’s UX Design organization, based in Bangalore. Our mission is to create barrier-free, inclusive digital experiences for millions of Walmart customers and associates around the world. We are passionate advocates for accessibility, working to ensure that every product and feature we design meets the highest standards for usability and inclusivity.
Our team partners closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and content strategists to embed accessibility into every stage of the product development lifecycle. We believe that accessible design is good design—and that it drives innovation, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

What you will do:
As an Accessibility Specialist, you will work on the next generation e-commerce products, services, and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to ensure that Walmart e-commerce applications, as well as applications used by Walmart associates, comply with web accessibility standards and regulations. As an Accessibility Specialist, you will be a trusted, respected, partner who works closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to review digital products for inclusivity and to test the products for accessibility compliance with WCAG.
