Data & AI Team Overview:
 

Our Data & AI team within Accenture Song focuses on helping clients drive performance optimisation through deep customer insights and implementation of the latest Data & AI capabilities across the Marketing and Service value chain. The team collaborates with clients to accelerate the experimentation lifecycle, deepen understanding of key customer value drivers, improve business outcomes, and drive innovation across industries. 

Through deep industry understanding, analyses and insights, we give our clients the opportunity to grow in a new world powered by Data and AI. The service unit consists of a wide range of business functions and industry groups, and in the Data & AI team we work from Strategy to Implementation where Data and AI are the focal points.

Given the growth we are seeing in this space, we are looking to strengthen our team across Melbourne and Sydney, with opportunities available in both locations.
 

As a Customer & Marketing Data & AI Consultant, you will: 

  • Deliver customer and marketing data strategy, aligned with client needs and guiding adoption and maximising data-driven value. 

  • Analyse and synthesise findings and drive the definition of recommendations and strategic roadmaps, considering the client priorities and capabilities. 

  • Develop projects in segmentation, personalisation, and predictive modelling to drive actionable outcomes. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated data-driven marketing solutions. 

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships and ensure consulting excellence. 

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in data and AI for marketing and adopt new approaches to enhance marketing and operational outcomes. 

In our team you will learn: 

  • To drive growth and revenue generation through application of customer-centric analytical methods and agile style ways of working. 

  • To develop modern marketing strategies that allow organizations to make choices on their customers, channels, geographies, routes to market and products. 

  • To anticipate ways digital and technology innovation impacts business models and harness them to create new routes to growth, for example the impact Generative AI will have on organizations and people in the future. 

  • To transform and optimize how clients address and services their customers effectively. 

  • To generate sustained value through implementation of next generation technology and customer experience across the value chain. 

Here’s what you will need: 

  • Proven experience in a consulting or business environment, preferably in a role that involves advanced data analysis and reporting. 

  • Proven experience using programming languages such as SQL, R and Python and/or proficiency using tools like Tableau and Power BI 

  • Comfortable supporting business development activity in response to specific client opportunities or requests – contribute a point of view to proposals and support creation of content and deliverables.   

  • Experience working on customer-centric projects in a top tier consulting firm or internal marketing strategy team.
