Associate Director, Product Management – COA Accelerator (COAA)
Position Summary
The Associate Director, Product Management – COA Accelerator (COAA) is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, roadmap, governance, and growth of the COAA platform. COAA serves as IQVIA's enterprise platform for managing Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) instrument data and metadata, orchestrating workflows for content acquisition, licensing, review, publishing, and service request fulfillment.
The platform supports multiple products and services and serves as the foundation for future innovation across IQVIA's COA ecosystem. This role leads the platform strategy while coordinating Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, Scientific Services, Commercial teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, scalability, interoperability, and delivery of business value.
The Associate Director is accountable for balancing customer needs, business priorities, operational efficiency, technology investments, and market opportunities while advancing IQVIA's leadership position in Clinical Outcome Assessments and related healthcare data solutions.
