We are looking for a People Data Engineer who will:

• Responsible for identifying, developing, and reporting on human capital and related business metrics to evaluate and enhance HR programs, service delivery, and overall business performance.
• This role will play a key part in standardizing the use of workforce data to drive strategic decisions and in connecting people insights to business outcomes.
• The analyst will deliver HR metrics, survey insights, and data visualizations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• This role will support the organization’s predictive and advanced analytics initiatives, contributing to models and insights that shape talent strategies.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Proficiency in English in a business environment.
• Strong data engineering skills and a passion for working with people data
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Microsoft Fabric, and a proven ability to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines
