The Digital Channel Operation Lead is primarily responsible for planning, operating, developing, and continuously improving platforms (JanssenPro, VeevaCRM) and digital channels (JOM, online meeting systems, SFMC) to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role requires the ability to understand strategic initiatives to improve channel operations & engagement in alignment with business goals. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams to drive project success.
