Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as provide support and guidance to junior developers. Your creativity and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Provide support and guidance to junior developers. - Analyze requirements and design software solutions. - Write code and conduct testing to ensure the quality of the application. - Perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and managing Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Knowledge of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cisco ASA Firewalls. - Familiarity with other network security technologies. - Understanding of cloud security concepts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A BE/Btech in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience is required.
