Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ServiceNow configuration and implementation activities under the guidance of senior consultants and architects

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into ServiceNow solutions

  • Configure basic ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB, and Service Portal

  • Support testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  • Help prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials

  • Provide post-go-live support and assist in issue analysis and resolution

  • Learn and apply ServiceNow best practices and platform standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers

Required Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Strong interest in ServiceNow, ITSM, and enterprise platforms

  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (ITIL knowledge is a plus but not required)

  • Willingness to learn configuration, workflows, and low-code/no-code development

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Willing to undergo ServiceNow training and certification

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to ServiceNow through school projects, internships, or self-study

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or CSS

  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts

  • ServiceNow Fundamentals or CSA (Certified System Administrator) training exposure
