Your New Role...

You will support with day-to-day HR tasks for WBD Germany and the P&C GSA team with general administrative activities.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Assisting with the projects related to the onboarding, digitalization, hire and termination of temporary employees and interns.
  • Assist  the  People  Partner  team  to  provide  basic  project  management  support  on  HR initiatives  including,  but  not  limited  to,  performance  management,  workforce  planning, headcount  and  position  management,  compliance-related  matters,  employee  relations, compensation,  internal  mobility,  staff  retention,  talent  acquisition,  talent  and  team development and compliance
  • Work  closely  with  the  HR  Services  Team  on  administrative  tasks  such  as  e-contracts, changes to terms and conditions of employment, letters of recommendation e.g.
  • Assisting P&C team with reporting, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Other HR-related activities, as assigned

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills in German and in English
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good understanding of numbers and attention to details
  • Must be discreet, diplomatic and treat information within the department as highly confidential
  • Enthusiastic and motivated team-player
  • Business related studies
  • Must be enrolled at a university

Information:

  • Salary: €15 per hour
  • Work schedule: 20 hours per week (term time) / 40 hours per week (holidays)
  • Duration: 12 months
