How You'll Shine:

·         Attendance record keeping.

·         Comply with Human Resource and company policies.

·         Have a strong desire to be an integral part of the site leadership team

·         Identify opportunities relating to, but not limited to the training department processes and a desired follow-through to affect and implement positive change.

What You'll Bring:

·         Excellent communication skills,

·         History of reliability, dependability, and effective
follow through.

·         A minimum of 1 year successful Wyndham, time-share, or vacation ownership experience required (CMP, OPC).

·         Must be able to work flexible schedule.

·         Must be proficient at Excel, Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office).

·         Effective time management skills

·         Must have High School/GED.
