Job Description Summary:
The Senior Manager, Finance – Strategic Projects plays a key role supporting financial planning, analysis, and select strategic initiatives across the NA Supply Chain organization. This role partners closely with FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial insights, modeling, and decision support.
Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A and Strategic Projects, this position focuses on enabling sound financial decisions through robust analysis, financial modeling, and clear communication. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to influence without authority, and comfort working across multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support core FP&A processes, including annual operating plans, long-range plans, rolling forecasts, and periodic performance reviews, in collaboration with FP&A and cross-functional partners.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic projects, scenario analysis, cost optimization initiatives, and investment decisions within the Supply Chain & Customer Experience organization.
Partner with Supply Chain finance and operations leaders to analyze performance drivers and identify actionable insights that improve cost efficiency and financial outcomes.
Prepare executive-ready analyses, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations.
Support capital investment analysis by developing financial evaluations, ROI assessments, and sensitivity analyses for select supply chain initiatives.
Collaborate with FP&A and Supply Chain Finance peers to support Supply Chain and Customer Experience strategies and priority initiatives.
Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes, models, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and insight quality.
Education Requirements
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, or other business-related discipline, or equivalent experience)
Preferred: MBA and/or CPA
Related Work Experience
8–12 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or P&L support roles, including significant financial modeling experience
Prior management or project leadership experience preferred, but not required
Knowledge of supply chain operations, cost structures, and economics is a plus

Pay Range:
$123,000 - $139,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
