Job Summary:

We are seeking a Proficient Qualtrics Builder/Programmer to join our team and support our customer experience (CX) initiatives. This role requires expertise in designing, building, and programming advanced surveys and workflows within Qualtrics, leveraging its full suite of features.

The ideal candidate will apply survey design best practices to customer experience projects and identify the best customer experience metrics to achieve your program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey Design and Programming:

  • Build and program advanced Qualtrics surveys with complex logic, branching, and custom workflows.
  • Optimize survey design for a superior respondent experience while ensuring data quality.
  • Customize survey aesthetics using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to align with brand guidelines.
  • Close Loop programming, ticketing, and case management to prioritize and respond to customer feedback.

Data Integration and Management:

  • Configure and manage data integrations between Qualtrics and other platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, BI tools).
  • Ensure seamless data flow using APIs, Webhooks, or third-party connectors.
  • Set up and monitor survey distribution across multiple channels (email, SMS, embedded web forms, etc.).

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Build custom dashboards and leverage text analytics to share real-time key insights with the stakeholders. 
  • Utilize advanced reporting features to analyze survey data and present actionable findings.
  • Configure triggers for automated alerts and notifications based on survey responses.

Platform Optimization and Maintenance:

  • Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access controls, and library maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Qualtrics projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with Qualtrics updates and implement new features to improve CX programs.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with experience in creating dashboards.
  • Expertise in Qualtrics platform functionalities, including Survey Builder, Workflow Automation, and Reporting.
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with APIs and integrating Qualtrics with external platforms.
  • Strong understanding of survey design principles and data quality practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with platforms like MS Dynamics, Tableau, or Power BI for integration purposes.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
  • Certifications in Qualtrics (e.g., Qualtrics CoreXM Certification) or relevant experience.

Experience:

  • Experience collaborating in enterprise-level CX or research programs is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building and programming surveys in Qualtrics.
