As a Marketing Ops Analyst, you will utilize Marketing and Creative experience to drive change with Creative processes and tools that enable the Creative team to deliver an undeniable Target guest experience. You will drive inputs and creation/development of key Creative processes, tools and interaction models. You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners to execute projects and work streams. You will influence teams and partners and leverage change management best practices. You will drive measurable input into delivering Creative capabilities using business needs, interpretation of data and insights, and creativity in delivering outputs. You will initiate and drive new operational ideas on behalf of the Creative team and in service to the guest experience. We’ll support you along the way with robust onboarding, as well as personal and career development. This role will report to Sr Manager, Creative Ops.

As a Markeking Ops Analyst, Marketing you will be responsible to:

Support Target Creative operational tech/tools portfolio:

  • Optimize portfolio of Target Creative enterprise tools

  • Identify tools with low engagement

  • Identify gaps where tools could solve

  • Support periodic tool audits

  • Maintain enterprise license opportunity

  • Manage software acquisition process

  • User access lifecycle management

  • License/usage oversight

Support asset/data management & administration:

  • Support Digital asset manager with Asset classification, tagging and metadata

  • Asset manament data and reporting. Collaborate with Data Analyst and Asset Manager.

  • Resource trigger report management and issue resolution

  • Smartsheet Training, Category, User and Portfolio Dashboard Management

  • Unconfirmed time reporting

  • Consultant for Smartsheet and RM data outputs. Collaborate with Data Analyst

Support Target Tech/vendor liaison with:

  • Custom builds

  • Advocating for Target Creative tools and tech changes

  • Communicating changes

  • Support as tools and tech consultant

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in technology support, technology program management and tech enablement for creative organizations

  • Ability to work with cross-functional partners and solution oriented

  • Financial acumen and understanding of budgets and yearly planning

  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Inter-personal aptitude and building relationships
