Position Summary
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers and sales teams to deliver seamless operational support for the PSaS Pharmacy. You'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing daily needs such as customer and account maintenance, researching and resolving issues, and providing valuable reports and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with account managers/sales personnel and across the organization to ensure customer operational needs are met, this can include;
Customer/Account Maintenance - Daily account maintenance; regulatory license validation and updates; inventory clean-ups, McKesson Connect access.
Issue research/resolution – escalated customer service; returns, EDI, order issues and resolution, etc
Account Manager/Field Sales Support –Assist in preparation of reports and presentations, some data analytics, and act as a subject matter expert on organizational policies and procedures.
Help team create and establish innovative standard operating procedures. While also building strong internal relationships throughout the network to assist in reaching team’s goals.
Demonstrate effective written & verbal communication, and the ability to remove potential obstacles.
Minimum Requirement
Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent.
Critical Skills
Proven track record of clear, concise communication and working effectively across teams and departments.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
Skilled in identifying issues, developing creative solutions, and implementing them to achieve successful outcomes.

Physical Requirements (Lifting, standing, etc.) –
Large percent of time performing computer-based work is required. Incumbents must be able to walk more than a few feet from their workstation
Position may require some business trips during the year that includes an overnight stay (less than 25% travel requirement)
