Job Responsibilities:

• Employ the most effective, efficient and creative recruitment and selection process
• Plan and coordinate local and overseas recruitment programs to ensure positions are filled with high caliber talent
• Develop programs and campaigns to enhance the Company’s image as a preferred employer
• Collaborate with universities, schools or colleges to develop career programs for students
• Assist Talent Acquisition Manager to plan, implement and follow up on all recruitment activities

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or other related functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Knowledge of Macau Labor Law, good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Well-connected with the gaming and/or hotel industries.
• Proven track record of excellent candidate- sourcing and presentation skills.
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
