About the role:
Getlabs is looking for a battle-tested, highly ambitious, and world-class Vice President of Health Plans/Systems who is passionate about transforming the way healthcare is delivered and will stop at nothing to achieve our mission to lead our commercial efforts through our next phase of growth.
This role will take the lead in building and developing a high-performing sales organization as we build on the success of our 2024 growth rate of 300%. As the VP of Business Development you will be responsible for all sales, pre-sales, and revenue execution across Getlabs. This leadership role will be player/coach in nature - balancing strategic thinking with hands-on ownership, execution, and leadership across deals.
