Job Summary:
Typically, expect significant professional experience in account management and/or sales. Demonstrates how a range of situations may be affected by the principles of insurance. Applies the principles of insurance to various situations. Fully competent in applying established standards and works with guidance or direct supervision by exception. Performs more complex responsibilities and are primary points of contact for the clients they oversee. Develops action plans to reach client goals and suggests potential upgrades to grow or diversify client portfolio, and works closely with the sales team to help acquire new clients. Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).

Adds / Terms / Changes Service Team
Complete Daily Adds/Terms/Changes (per employee schedule) received from various channels through the platform including but not limited to, Employee Navigator Wall Notifications, Email Requests via the internal Email Box, etc.
Data received from the internal email box should be inclusive of all data, and team member.
Follow pre-set processes and procedures as part of the Adds/Terms/Changes team.
Documentation of Servicing
Creation and completion of an activity within EPIC to ensure service conversation is recorded for visibility.
Technology
Employee Navigator
Knowledge of how to navigate the system with the ability to service Employees and HR team members who may have questions.
Carrier Portals - Knowledge of carrier portals to:
Service questions
Obtain/Execute Renewals
Perform Adds/Terms/Changes
EPIC Systems
Knowledge of EPIC systems to service our clients and execute our internal checklists and tasks on a daily basis.

Prospect Proposals
Prepare and provide to Producer or Sub-Agent
Checklist completion
Quoting for under 65 and Medicare policies:
Collection of personal information needed to obtain quotes.
Evaluate fact finding data to generate a recommendation and proposal.
Send/Discuss proposal to client for review.
Provide client with enrollment method for desired plan.
Submit application by carrier’s preferred method.
Scan application to EPIC – follow processes in place.
Employee Navigator Build Team:
Complete system builds, renewal updates, and troubleshooting of all Employee Navigator related concerns.
May support carrier, payroll, and TPA connections within platforms and audit, as required.
Perform reporting and analytical audits for ACA.
May demo platforms and/or communicate directly with clients, at the direction of Account Management and Tech Team leads.
Supports internal and external software/systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Strong ability to identify and resolve problems utilizing standard guidelines and/or customized solutions.
Follow pre-set processes and procedures for all Technology Team tasks.
Follow all Quality Assurance (QA) processes and procedures.
Work closely with the Account Management team for specific data requirements and client communication needs.
May attend virtual or in-person conferences to further education.

Primary Objectives:
Customer service and cross sell of existing cases.
In-depth knowledge of group products and carrier services.
Meet and exceed carrier guidelines when processing information and providing customer service.
Provide thorough and accurate customer service to group clients.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and PHI regulations.
Work with co-workers and sub-agents to complete servicing and other projects.
Requirements/Experience:
Previous experience with Employee Benefits Production and Servicing, required.
