Global Workforce Mobility (GWM) is a strong, vibrant cross-site, cross functional team within the HR Global Services organization. Within our remit we deliver the Travel and Expense program to support every employee at Intel.

We are looking for a customer-obsessed, experienced program owner to help manage and support Intel's IDM 2.0 Acceleration Manufacturing Office (IAO) growth strategy. This position is ideal for an experienced Program Owner with strong data management and analytical skills. You'll support global projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders and work with suppliers, and ensure seamless execution in a fast-paced environment. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Support and help manage the Mergers and Acquisition activities for Travel and Expense
  • Represent Travel and Expense in IDM 2.0 Acceleration Office (IAO) meetings
  • Assess the design and requirements of Intel's Accelerated Growth strategy and ensure all aspects of Travel and Expense are covered
  • Lead project delivery and implementation while maintaining 'keep the business running' (KTBR) activities; recommend, develop, and implement solutions aligned with the IAO roadmap and objectives
  • Manage and support IAO activities related to general program and operational management
  • Provide strategic direction around IAO requirements and expectations to the Travel and Expense Program team
  • Support legal entity setup, including documentation management and bank account establishment
  • Manage and maintain process documentation, workflows, and identify areas of improvement
  • Oversee systems and process transitions to new operating models
  • Managing and gathering data (internally and externally with our suppliers), and presenting results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners, stakeholders, suppliers and understand and manage customer expectations
  • Partnering with cross functional teams within the HR Global Workforce Mobility organization
  • The role encompasses representation of the broader mobility portfolio: Travel and Expense, Immigration, Relocation, and Corporate People Movement services

This is an Intel Contract Employee (ICE) position and relocation will not be provided. This is a 10–12-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Extension is subject to mutual agreement between the candidate and the business

Qualifications:

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • 4 plus years of applicable work experience, including a combination of:
    • Experience managing programs and complex global projects
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Experience managing stakeholder/supplier relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross functional groups
  • Experience working in a global organization across multiple time zones

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00

Work Model for this Role
