Helping the head of product in SAM Lux, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to acquire knowledge on the Luxembourg Investment Funds regulation and ManCo governance
What do we need?:
- Min. knowledge on products, what are the structure of an investment fund and what are the main characteristic of a ManCo
- Literacy with database, a Phyton coding is a plus
- Ability to adapt quicky and able to work under pressure
What will you do?: The main task will be:
- Helping on designing new products domiciled in Luxembourg
- Along with the local head of product the candidate will help on the coordination with Santander Global Product and other local departments ( Local Risk, Local Legal)
- Helping on drafting product procedures
- A to Z processes involve in the launching or material changes of existing products.
- Helping on designing the governance of product cycle
- Pipeline, capacity, complexity and estimation of product approvals. Establishing reporting material to different Committees - Helping in BAU tasks: Update of product databases, external system, BAU checks on product documentation
