Berman & Simmons is seeking a Litigation Paralegal – Medical Malpractice, to be based in their Lewiston, Maine office. The litigation paralegal helps manage civil cases from intake to jury verdict. The Paralegal role offers a supportive and collaborative environment in which you will manage cases, organize and review medical records, draft parts of demand letters and court filings, conduct research, draft correspondence, draft, and revise discovery, interact with national expert witnesses, and prepare the attorney for trial.
