About the role

At Maersk, we are transforming logistics by connecting and simplifying supply chains. We are looking for a Warehouse Analyst to support the execution and coordination of warehouse operations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a strong customer experience.

This role plays a key part in inventory control, operational coordination, and client reporting, while maintaining high standards in safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Monitor and control inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and physical stock reconciliation
• Track shipments and ensure full traceability of cargo
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics flow: warehouse → transport → documentation → delivery
• Manage documentation, bookings, and communication with carriers (shipping lines, airlines, customs)
• Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system data
• Prepare billing information and customer reports (KPIs, performance updates)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, process optimization)
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standards and safe operations
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to ensure service excellence

We are looking for

• Education: Technical degree or ongoing studies in Logistics, Business Administration, or related
• Experience:
  • 2+ years in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, logistics coordination)
  • Experience in inventory control and shipment tracking
  • Exposure to customer reporting and billing processes is a plus
• Technical skills:
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
  • Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS is a plus)
