Job Summary
Customer collection specialist who can manage a portfolio of Ryder Brokerage customer assigned accounts. Responsible for managing the status of open receivables by partnering with the customer key decision makers. Customer support dispute resolution and payment resolution to reduce bad debt risk. Interaction with Sales, Operations Management and Finance Management.

SKILLS
KNOWLEDGE
Strong Excel skills – formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP; Strong system skills with large ERP accounting systems; Root cause/problem solving and transportation collections experience.
EDUCATION
Associate's degree or 5 years related experience

Compensation ranges for the position are below:
