Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements. Must have Skills : SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Good to Have Skills : Sales Distribution and Marketing Strategy - Involved in FSD preparations, carried out FUT, SIT & UAT during the phases related to business solutioning & getting confirmations from business on timely basis. Job Requirements Roles and Responsibility : Key Responsibilities : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements Participate as Solution Architect in Plan Analyze phase o SAP Retail Pricing, promotions bonus buys - Ability to define / propose process changes; and to client /stakeholder interactions - Involved in FSD preparations, carried out FUT, SIT & UAT during the phases related to business solutioning & getting confirmations from business on timely basis. - Must have experience majority in SAP S4 Implementation and related Modules having experience in US / Europe clients. (for Private / SAP Public Cloud) o Channel Execution: Sales and Distribution o Resource having experience in SAP Retail - Sales and Distribution o Should be familiar with Order to Cash process , Order Management and Billing o Rush Orders and Customer Service Management Technical Experience : 1 Must have SAP Sales and Distribution SD 2 Design/build/hands-on experience in the topics mentioned above 3 Knowledge/Experience handling RICEFW objects in SAP S4projects 4 Knowledge of IDOC, in SAP S4 areas 5 Past experience in implementation and testing in an SAP S4 project 6 Knowledge of Invoicing/Billing Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
