This Associate Manager-level role will be a part of our Employee and Executive Communications team working with our delivery leaders. This is a people manager position.

We are looking for a sharp, innovative, results-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail.

This job will contain three primary components. 1) Leading site communications for our employee population in India, 2) leading communications for the global delivery population that is part of our Global Infrastructure Services (GIS) business, and 3) leading our informal, global network of people focused on communications at each center around the world.

Traits needed for success in this job are the ability to exercise influence without authority, self-direction and assertiveness.

Role: Communications Associate Manager

Location: Hybrid from Warsaw/Wrocław/Kraków or Gdańsk

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies to support the objectives of our GIS business and our local India site.
• Collaborate with senior management on key messaging and clear communication.
• Implement internal communication plans to engage employees and align them with company goals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications.
• Utilize modern technology, especially AI, to work efficiently.
• Be a key collaborator on a global Communications team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in Communications
• Proficiencies in strategic communication planning and project management
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
• Strong executive presence with proven ability to establish trusted relationships at senior levels
• Ability to think strategically and drive execution across multiple communications channels
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
