Are you ready to build a meaningful career where you help create healthy, confident smiles that last a lifetime? Leap Kids Dental is seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care. You’ll support both clinical and technical procedures, prepare operatories, and assist during exams and treatments to ensure each visit runs smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures

  • Prepare and maintain operatories, instruments, and equipment

  • Clearly and calmly explain treatment plans and next steps to patients and parents

  • Verify prior authorization requirements and confirm signed consent forms are completed

  • Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout visits

  • Accurately document treatments and clinical notes in electronic and paper records

  • Support office flow through room turnover, cleaning, and restocking supplies

  • Provide consistent, friendly support to patients, families, and team members

Qualifications

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential required

  • Current CPR certification required

  • Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant training program

  • At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
