In our team you will learn:

• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure timely delivery.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, testers, and other technical professionals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Resolve team conflicts and address any issues that may impact project delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for project customers, such as various business units, executives, and external partners.
• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, technology, and budget.
• Ensure that resources are used efficiently and that any resource constraints are addressed.
• Track and report on resource utilization and project expenditures.
• Risk and Issue Management Identify and assess project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Proactively manage risks to minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed and work to resolve them promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that technology solutions meet defined quality standards and performance requirements.
• Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance processes to ensure solution effectiveness.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Strong project management skills and experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, resource management, and risk management
