Job Description

Position: Senior Project Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Function: Project Execution / Operations
Experience: 7–12 years

Role Summary

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for end‑to‑end execution of IBMS and ELV projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and coordination with internal teams and clients. The role requires strong hands‑on experience in IBMS, BMS, CCTV, ACS, and Controls systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage IBMS / BMS / ELV projects from site kickoff to commissioning and handover.
  • Handle system integration and execution of CCTV, ACS, and control systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents; resolve site‑level technical issues.
  • Support testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and final handover activities.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records.
  • Assist in billing inputs, material tracking, and resource coordination.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience in:
    • IBMS
    • BMS
    • CCTV
    • Access Control Systems (ACS)
    • Controls systems
  • Proven experience in project execution and site coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system architecture
  • Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills

Educational Qualification

  • BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline
