Position Summary

This is a paid, year-long fellowship that will provide the opportunity for an individual to continue their education in a practical setting.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • The fellow will experience a wide variety of clinical settings including outpatient, inpatient and peri-operative practice. These experiences will take place within the BJC Healthcare system. In addition, the fellow will participate in weekly continuing education sessions and have the opportunity to share in a research project.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an NP or PA program and clinical experience.
  • REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Current RN licensure in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, and able to obtain NP or PA license within 3 months of starting the fellowship.
