About the Role 

As our Infrastructure Disaster Recovery Manager, you’ll lead the global strategy that keeps TD SYNNEX running. You’ll define standards, run large‑scale DR exercises, partner with global IT and Cybersecurity teams, and ensure our mission‑critical systems can be restored quickly and reliably. This is a high‑visibility role with direct impact across all regions and technologies. 
 

What you will do 

• Own the global DR strategy that keeps TD SYNNEX running smoothly during any disruption. 

• Design and maintain our DR framework, standards, and recovery requirements (RTO/RPO). 

• Lead large‑scale DR tests across regions and technologies, driving improvements and closing gaps. 

• Oversee backup, replication, and recovery platforms across on‑prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. 

• Partner with global IT, Cybersecurity, and leadership to ensure systems are resilient, compliant, and audit‑ready. 

• Act as a key escalation point during major incidents and guide teams through recovery. 

• Report DR posture and deliver clear, impactful communication to stakeholders and senior leaders. 
   

What We’re Looking For 

Required 

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure/operations/resilience (5+ in DR) 

• Experience in multinational, multi‑technology environments (VMware, Linux/Windows, cloud, backup tools, network/security) 

• Proven leadership of global DR programs and failovers 

• Strong understanding of business continuity and risk management 

• Familiarity with ISO 22301, ISO 27001, SOC, and regulatory requirements 

Preferred 

• Certifications: CBCP, MBCI, ITIL, cloud, backup/replication 

• Experience with the DORA framework
