Your New Role…
As a Staff Program Manager, you will drive multiple high-impact projects and processes across the company’s global direct-to-consumer (D2C) commerce flows on Max and discovery+. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Client, Marketing, Growth, and Legal teams to ensure smooth execution of pricing and content packaging changes while balancing financial and customer experience considerations. You will be responsible for managing dependencies, resolving ambiguous problems, and acting as a key representative within the EMEA and APAC markets.
The Commerce Operations team operates globally within D2C Product Operations, ensuring customers receive accurate pricing and content offerings on WBD’s D2C platforms.
