We are looking to hire a Program Coordinator to bring Intel Malaysia's initiatives and events to life. This role centers on translating ideas into well-planned programs through strong coordination, clear communication, and consistent execution.
Working across teams, you will align site programs and messaging with business priorities while connecting people, ideas, and moments that matter. You will create experiences that strengthen our culture, support site objectives, and contribute to a more cohesive and engaged workplace.

What You'll Do:
Program and Event Coordination
• Ideate, plan, and implement site-wide events, programs, campaigns, and high-profile visits across on-site, off-site, and virtual formats.
• Ensure initiatives are impactful, well-organized, and executed with quality, integrity, and compliance, while aligning with site objectives.
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, vendors, and resources with a detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth and seamless execution.
• Manage and track program budgets, expenses, inventory, and vendor deliverables.
Program and Event Communications
• Design and develop communication plans for internal programs and site initiatives.
• Create, write, and publish engaging content across multiple communication channels.
• Develop visual concepts and graphics to support campaigns and messaging.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for programs when required.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business units, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including government agencies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support effective program and event delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program- and event-related requests on behalf of the General Manager's Office.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Communication content creation (creative copywriting, design, basic videography and video editing)
- Event planning and execution
- Employee engagement, workplace culture, or people programs
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to turn ideas into clear stories and visual concepts that are easily understood by a broad audience.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and follow through on multiple activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• A learning-oriented mindset, with the openness to receive feedback and guidance, adapt to new requirements, and grow into broader responsibilities over time.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
