The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to empower our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to achieve our company goals. Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, this role will oversee forecasting, territory planning, process improvement, and related technology for our Account Executive and Account Manager teams. This is a compelling opportunity for someone who enjoys a broad scope, high impact, and interaction with senior executives.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive vision to execution by breaking down complex problems, mitigating risks, and prioritizing the most important actions..
  • Own forecasting and pipeline metrics for Enterprise and Mid-Market sales, identifying key trends and root causes to empower our sales teams.
  • Analyze and report results and insights up to the executive team to shape sales strategy.
  • Support sales initiatives, including development and tracking with senior leaders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, technology, and solutions.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong sales operations background.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive vision to execution.
  • High cognitive agility with a growth mindset and bias toward action; always pushing pace and team progress.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including VP and C-level, to support large sales opportunities.
  • Expertise in building and scaling operational processes (people, process, technology) and owning business outcomes and project success metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis to improve strategies and programs.
  • Commitment to high-quality work and craftsmanship.
  • Perseverance and grit, maintaining a positive attitude during challenging times.
  • Strong internal compass and sense of duty, with the courage to speak up and take responsibility.

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $122,208 to $200,678.
