The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to empower our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to achieve our company goals. Reporting to the Director of GTM Operations, this role will oversee forecasting, territory planning, process improvement, and related technology for our Account Executive and Account Manager teams. At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $122,208 to $200,678.
