Meet the Team

You will be a key contributor to our centralized TA Global Flex team and the larger Talent Acquisition organization, providing recruitment support to regional teams around the globe. Our goal is to recruit and hire the best-qualified people while promoting inclusivity in the workplace.

As a TA Advisor in this role, you will primarily support recruiting efforts for our manufacturing and operations sites in the United States and Ireland, playing a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, while providing a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience to build teams that embody our core values and vision.

Where you come in

  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to document job requirements and initiate recruitment for Support and Professional level positions.
  • You will drive the full life cycle recruitment process through strong communication and collaboration with all major stakeholders.
  • You will leverage our ATS and CRM to their fullest capabilities to meet the organization’s hiring goals.
  • You will build networks to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • You will identify recruitment challenges and develop hiring strategies.
  • You will create robust recruiting practices to attract new talent and reduce hiring costs.
  • You will be a partner with all internal HR COEs when necessary to ensure adherence to all hiring guidelines. 
  • You will promote Dexcom’s mission to candidates and external partners.

  • You have full life cycle corporate recruiting experience for high-volume and/manufacturing roles.
  • You have experience recruiting in regional or global environments.
  • You collaborate effectively with stakeholders and hiring leaders.
  • You can identify recruitment challenges and present solutions.
  • You have experience using ATS or other HR systems.
  • You preferably are familiar with technical jargon and have hired for technical positions.
  • You are very passionate about empowering people to take control of their health.

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience.
