Als Lead spiels du eine Schlüsselrolle im Store Management Team. Gemeinsam mit dem Assistant Store Manager und dem Store Manager leitest du unsere Product Guides (Verkäufer) und gestaltest ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Kunden.
Du bist aktiv am pulsierenden Leben unseres Stores beteiligt, bringst deine Ideen ein, um die Kundenerfahrung und Produktkenntnisse zu verbessern, förderst Verkaufsaktionen und belebst unsere Community. Deine Begeisterung für die Arc'teryx-Produkte ist ansteckend, und du nutzt jede Gelegenheit, um draußen zu sein und unsere Ausrüstung auf Herz und Nieren zu prüfen.
Das Erreichen von Geschäftszielen spornt dich an. Du biest entschlossen, geminsam mit deinem Team diese Ziele zu erreichen.
