Be the first interaction and guide to PDK’s new dealer partners leading to a delightful experience with PDK and a lasting mutually beneficial relationship. Continue the amazing experience and ensure continued success through focus on dealer partner retention, continued education and training, and increased system installations.
Responsibilities:
Attempt Contact on new leads 4 times within 40 business days or until contacted.
Convert Leads into Certified Partners
Ensure that new partners are extremely familiar and trained with PDK.io, ProdataKey.com and our products as well any and all other resources available to them
Ensure that our newly qualified dealer partners install at least their 2nd and 3rd systems
Answering incoming calls
Manage and guide 2-3(assigned 4’s) qualified dealer partners to gold status
Help our 2-3(assigned 4’s) qualified dealer partners set goals to reach gold partner status
Ensure that any dealer partners that have installed their first system get technically certified and fully understand PDK’s partner program
Owns dealer partner relationships from 1 system installed to Gold level partnership
Keep SalesForce polished and up to date so that RSM’s and RSD’s can deduce any and all information pertaining to the dealer partner and their company.
Once a dealer becomes gold; hand them off to the RSM/RSD
