Plans and manages tactical marketing activities for the North American Hospital Market in the Acute Care Technologies Division. Responsible for collecting and interpreting data to inform Sales and Marketing strategy and tactics. Works closely with the downstream Marketing team members, as well as: sales leadership, field sales and clinical teams, sales training, marketing services team (graphics, web, trade shows, PR; etc.), and other key functional areas. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Functions
•    Works with the Downstream Marketing team to support activities related to promotion of products in the Hospital Market.
•    Collects, analyzes, and maintains market information and sales history data; and then transforms that information into actionable intelligence.
•    Collects, analyzes, and maintains competitive intelligence - including product literature and pricing - and communicates information as appropriate within the organization.
•    Thinks strategically to create new sales tools and marketing collateral.
•    Assists with sales training and works closely with our training team to develop training material.
•    Provides US field sales support and communicates with other customer-facing departments, specifically customer service, tech support, contracts, and sales development.
•    Takes customer satisfaction as a personal goal to ensure ZOLL customers and field sales and clinical teams receive the highest level of support from marketing.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience
•    Demonstrated ability to take complex information and make it useful to customers and sales teams.
•    Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
•    Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Strong capabilities in developing pivot tables and charts in Excel required.
•    Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
•    Strong results orientation.
•    2+ years (minimum) marketing experience required; medical device marketing preferred. 
•    Ability and willingness to travel minimum 30%.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
•    Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline; clinical experience a plus.
